Hidden Springs Campground, Humboldt Redwoods State Park, California (Pacific Coast Highway Roadtrip)

After hiking at Alamere Falls and the oysters, we got to Humboldt Redwoods State Park quite late, around 9pm. Surprisingly, there was still daylight and a ranger at the gate to greet us. I was expecting to self check in.

The campsite that we stayed in was called Hidden Springs Campground.

Our site was nice, shaped like a rectangle, covered in all sides but one by bushes and trees. My car blocked the path to our site providing a buffer from the pedestrian road and any noise.

Dinner was simple, we devoured the multiple tuna sandwiches that Ben's mom had prepared for us, had ourselves a beer, and topped it off with an assortment of canned teas, crackers, and other snacks.

Immediately after, we passed out in our tents.
